After install etherpad language decode problem
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
1. If used OpenERP Note with russian , latvian or other language different
from english.
2. After install etherpad-lite, connect to OpenERP.
Go to Note, when system convert exist Note to Etherpad. All text
different from english view like "???????????????????????" -
attachment example.
But if create new Note work this any language correct.
I thing it happens when text send from openerp to etherpad.
OpenERP 7.0 ony revision from 25.11.13 do 10.12.13.
