Well actually I retract what I said yesterday after more testing. This is an
issue with FilZilla and Firefox that does not detect well the encoding, not
from OpenERP side.
For instance look at ftp://ftp.asu.ru/incoming/00Max/ in Chrome, Firefox and
Filezilla. Chrome will render cyrillic characters, Firefox will badly render it
and FileZilla will simply ignore files with different encoding...
To be able to have a correct behaviour in FileZilla, please set the
charset in the configuration of your account (Site Manager > Charset >
Force UTF-8).

Context :
* Fresh install OE7.0
* Document FTP added
* Change the Partner per ressource forlder so that the either name or
displayname is used
* Create a new partner
* Create contacts with accents
* Add file to those contacts through OE interface
* COnnect through FTP client and test to browse the partner folders :
=> If use the display_name => impossible to reach the path ERROR 550 Path
does not exist..
=> if use the name => reach the contact folder is allowed but impossible to
go to the parent (access denied)
For information, in Firefox, UTF8 characters are not correctly displayed
In Filezilla neither
