Hello,
When you set your project to as a template with tasks, which are in different
different stages . But when you use this template for new project , then that
new project will be created as a new , and all task will be in analysis stage
because task are just created and newly task are always in first stage. As in
template you can use all and can overwrite it but you cannot overwrite the
stages.
you can also check the contract in sales menu. when you can use template.
So, I think you have misunderstood something, this is not a bug but it
is the functionality of our architecture.

Project Task Stages

Bug description:
I made project template with tasks - all tasks are in special stages
also - like designing, planing etc. But when I am making new project
from template - all tasks are set to one analytic stage - not in
correct stage as needed. This analytic stage doesn't belong to project
template.
How I can make so, that with new project all tasks are also in correct
stages and in correct order?
