STEPS TO RECREATE:
1. Create a purchase order, add a product (or without product) (PO in draft
state / Line in draft state)
2. Confirm purchase order. (PO in confirmed state / Line in confirmed state)
3. Cancel purchase order (PO in cancelled state / Line STILL in confirmed state)
RESULT EXPECTED: Line should change to cancelled state
RESULT OBSERVED: Line stays in confirmed state
