[trunk/7.0] : HR Process view gives an error.

Bug description:
Hello,
With latest trunk [server (4856) addons (8681) web (3719)] ,
Activate Developer Mode,
Go to Human Resources -> Human Resources -> Employee , click on
"?" icon at top left side , for open the process view.
Now click on green arrow of Openerp User , error comes :
"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined"
