Public bug reported:
When a regisration is confirm the current registration meter is updated
on the screen. This not the case when a registration is cancel, the page
must be reloaded (F5) to see the new current registration.
Scenario:
1/Open an event with registrations
2/Confirm a registration, the current registration is updated
3/Cancel a confirmed registration, the current registration isn't updated
Tested with chrome.
