[trunk] adding a calendar view to dashboard is not working properly

Bug description:
If you try to add a calender-view to the dashboard and then open the
dashboard you will get error messages like:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'filter' of undefined
or
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'datepicker' of undefined
