Unable to choose chart of accounts when installing accounting and
finance

Bug description:
A month ago I installed the alpha version of openerp 7. When installing
finance and accounting I could choose the chart of accounts I wanted to use.
I now installed the final version, which seems to have changed to an "install
on demand" method. However, as a result the only available chart of account
when installing is "Custom". I was able to install the chart I wanted
afterwards by installing the appropriate module, so it's certainly not a
blocking issue, but it's probably not the desired user experience.
