Dear Muschang,
This bug has been fixed in lp 9350.
For old instance, you need to update the template
base_import/static/src/xml/import.xml to remove the placeholder. Now,
the placeholder is set in JavaScript with the select2 library directly.

Bug description:
This issue occurs only with IE9.
When importing a CSV the automatic mapping with the first row label does not
work.
Scenario:
1/Prepare a CSV file to import or export some records to CSV
2/Import the CSV file
3/The automatic mapping does not work
