The report 'Print Budgets' from the account_budget module is not being
translated.
1. How to reproduce:
1.1. Install the account_budget_module;
1.2. Create a budget linked to an analytical account;
1.3. Change your user language to another language other than english (ex.:
fr_CA);
1.4 Go to Accounting -> Configuration -> Analytical Accounting -> Analytic
Accounts, select an account and print 'Print Budgets' report.
2. Result:
The report appears in english.
3. Expected result:
To have a report in fr_CA.
