sale_picking_reservation : unreserve does not cancel procurements

Bug description:
In the extra addons, the reservations created by sale_picking_reservation
include procurements, but the unreserve method does not cancel them.
As a consequence, procurements will be duplicated whenever you
reserve+unreserve+re-reserve goods.
