Actually, it seems that in trunk-wms this decimal precision isn't used
anymore at all... and I don't really see the point having a decimal
precision dedicated on that.
So.. no, it won't be included in trunk-wms

Bug description:
In OpenERP 6.0 and trunk, the module "stock" introduces a decimal precision
"Shipping Delays" but it's used only when computing reporting data.
I humbly suggest it should be used in all delay fields, such as company
security delay, MRP scheduler horizon, product lead times etc.
