Production lot issue

Bug description:
Hi
i have strange issue in OpenERP production lot
there are 2 UOM
1 ) kg ( reference unit)
2) gm (Smaller than the reference UoM and ratio 1000)
when i create an incoming move
say 200gm and add a production lot
then after i moved this stock into another internal location with same qty
200gm,
but i got a warning message
Insufficient Stock in Lot !
You are moving 200gm products but only 0.20 gm available in this lot.
Is there any mistake from my side or is it an OpenERP bug ?
