This is nice to have feature, but we can not consider this as a bug. You may
create an additional module to handle this
functionality or this should be discussed over trunk version, not for stable.
Please note that, an RFQ created from SO would still be in draft state
and can be cancelled anytime, and it contains Sales Order reference
number in field Source Document.

7.0 - Cancelling a SO of MTO product does not inform purchaser

Bug description:
Product set as: Stockable, MTO, Buy procurement method, supplier defined.
Sale Order is confirmed, it generates a draft of purchase order. Then I
cancel the Sale Order.
Expecter result: draft purchase order should be canceled.
Observed result: draft purchase order is still open, and then, purchase does
not have the right information.
Platform : Ubuntu 12.04
DB : PostgreSQL 9.1
Language : Python, XML
