Public bug reported:

When you sign a quotation using the website_quote module, your signature
(field sign) is base64 encoded, when it actually shouldn't.

def message_post states that:

            :param tuple(str,str) attachments or list id: list of attachment 
tuples in the form
                ``(name,content)``, where content is NOT base64 encoded

Due to the attachment already been base64 encoded, the signature can not
be viewed in the message log.

Please find a fix attached to this bug report.
