Please look at the attached file and try to compute. In file i have taken an example like taxable amount 805000 On then we have to apply 12% Excise 2% Edu Cess and 1% Higher Education Cess it bring 99,498, In openerp it gives same total but this tax consider all those tax configure true for "Included in base amount" so your invoice total should be 805000 + 99,498 before it goes to compute new tax on total amount which is equal to 904498 but in case of OpenERP it does 901600 (it means that it is not include tax which is computed for Excise 2% Edu Cess and 1% Higher Education Cess which is wrong.
