We bumped the so version for openEXR to 7 as a bug fix for the 1.7.0 release
which neglected to do that.

I'll take a closer look at the ilmbase bump.

Are the soname bumps from OpenEXR and IlmBase intentional (in a minor point
release)?

Examples,
OpenEXR 1.7.0 had libIlmImf.so.6 , 1.7.1 => libIlmbImf.so.7
ilmbase-1.0.2 had libHalf.so.6, 1.0.3 => libHalf.so.7
