Hi AO,

Please help to check whether my setup has problem.

Kernel Cmdline as follows:

1) Kernel boot option:  CONFIG_CMDLINE="root=/dev/nfs
nfsroot=192.168.1.1:/root/lys
ip=192.168.1.2:192.168.1.1:192.168.1.1:255.255.255.0:ezx:usb0:off [EMAIL
PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED]"

2) Enable CONFIG_USB_USBNET

2. Linux Host setup

1) insmod usbnet.ko (/lib/modules/2.6.0-1/kernel/drivers/usb/net/usbnet.ko)

2) modify /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-usb0 as follows:

DEVICE=usb0
BOOTPROTO=static
IPADDR=192.168.1.1
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
NETWORK=192.168.1.0
ONBOOT=yes

3) Create NFS share folder (/root/lys) under Linux host

a. Modify /etc/exports
/root/lys 192.168.1.2(rw,no_root_squash,sync)

b. run 'exportfs -rv'

3. Boot kernel with boot_usb and after a while, check usb0 interface is ready,
then ping 192.168.1.2 is ok.

4. Telnet 192.168.1.2, there was connection refused message.

Thanks
LYS
