lists, wiki, sources and so on. Is there any info on whether it is
possible to access mtd devices on motorola a1200? So far I got 2.6.21
working off boot_usb and angstrom console image on my mmc card. No mtd
partitions detected and no error comes from ezx-flash (obviously because
it has no error messages). Is it the current state of affairs with a1200
or I did everything wrong?

know it works on a780. I'll give a look at it next weekend.
Somebody sent me a patch some time ago to "fix" the mtd support for
a1200(fixes a1200 and breaks everything else), i really dont remember
who, sorry!
The flash chip on a1200 is not 100% CFI compliant, IIRC the patch just
_removes_ a big block of code from cfi_probe.c and everything works
magically.
I will work on this when i have some time, or, if somebody else wants
to anticipate me, i will be happy to provide the details.
