PCAP is currently very broken. I hope to have time to fix it this weekend.
The problem is recurrency on the ADC functions, i can fix it the easy way (block
until adc result is done), but i will try a better non-blocking way first.

I will be on vacation from 16/9 till 6/10, so i will be available to
address comments
on this period.

I think we should focus on PCAP && PCAP_TS for this merge window, i will try to
cook something that looks acceptable before 1/9.
