Hi Frank

You'll probably find it's still in your grub config file, does it show as an
option on the screen when you boot? Have a look at it by doing cat
/boot/grub/grub.conf - you should find the 2.6.17 kernel is still listed, if it
is then just point the 'default=x' to the entry for that kernel.

I'm still fairly new to linux so if the kernel isn't there then I'm not sure
how to roll-back or install an older kernel especially using conary.

Regards

Bill

Hi Bill

By the looks of things I'm running 2.6.19.7-0.1

In order to go back to 2.6.17.14-0.4, what would I need to do?

Regards

Frank
