Ho Roy,
1) Check with user where do they copy the file(s) to.
Login to the Openfiler server and search the file.
2) Try it yourself, don't always trust the user(s)... :-)

My user asked why the windows data files are lost after copying them to the
openfiler server?
I cannot find any solution in the forum or community or website. What is
actually happening? Can those files be found in the openfiler server?
