Hey guys, Long time reader, first time poster ;) Quick question though. I am running a very old version of openfiler and I have been planing to upgrade, here is my basic question. The harddrive the OS is on is separate from everything, all the lvm/filer data is on a string of HD's just dedicated to that.
My plan is to tear out the old 10gig drive the OS is on (cause its ancient) and put it on a new 80gig drive and then try a lvscan to import the the data. Is this feasiable or am I crazy? Cheers for any notes on this. Joe
