Clark, Rafiu,

I have been running Openfiler as a VMware ESX 3.5 virtual machines (with paravirtualization enabled). I also don't believe that should be causing my filesystem resize to fail, but would like to offer up as much information as possible. Below is the output requested by Rafiu,

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# conary q openfiler
openfiler=r1563-2-1

I'm anxious to help,
John

Hello all,
after running out of splace, I have added a new physical volume to my server. I added the PV to my vol group. I then increased the size of the one and only volume within the VG by sliding the slider in the GUI. The volume now shows the correct ammount of avaliable space. however, the file system size has not increased. here is a copy paste of the vlomumes.html page within the GUI

*Legend* *Volume name* *Volume description* *Volume size* *File system type* *File system size* *FS used space* *FS free space* *Delete* *Properties* *Snapshots*

        vol1    Vol1    1350336 MB      Ext3    275G    262G    0
Edit <https://home.stemdev.com:444/admin/volumes_edit.html?volume=vol1&volume_vg=storagegroup > Create <https://home.stemdev.com:444/admin/volumes_snapshots.html?volume=vol1&vgname=storagegroup >

please let me know if i can clarify things further... im hoping this is just some button i am missing within the interface to increase the FS.
Thanks

Please post details of your OF GUI version. You can find this information on the OF login screen or by running the following command: conary q openfiler
