There was a pretty big instability in FlowVisor 0.7.1 that was causing
regular, repeated crashed. This new version fixes this bug and adds a
few new features. As always, a short summary of changes are in the
RELEASE-NOTES file and more complete changes can be found in `git log`
from the source code.

* fixed big bug in drop rules for disconnected controllers

If you are experiencing instability with an older version of
flowvisor, I recommend you upgrade to 0.7.2.
