Hi Richard, The requirements depends on if you want a physical setup. If yes, you need two access points and a laptop and a peer for the laptop. If no, you can try to use the deprecated package OpenFlowVMS to emulate a handover. Preferably mininet should be usable for this purpose. I am not sure if mininet supports handover emulation at this point, so you have to ask someone more knowledgeable on the subject matter.
