My problem was related to the mininet´s parameters. Now I can see the
devices using FlowVisior.

Flowspaces and device connections are unrelated - devices will connect
whether you have a flowspace or not.
Have you configured mininet for a remote controller, and pointed it at
flowvisor?
Something like:
sudo mn --topo single, 3 --mac --switch ovsk --controller remote --ip
<flowvisor ip>
