Then I found "Up and Running on the 3290" may be the right choice. Here are the questions: 1. Which guide should I take? 2. If "Up and Running on the 3290" is the right one, should I use "pronto-3290-pica8-orig.tgz" as the firmware for it contains the files used in the guide or use "indigo-2011.04.07-pronto-3290.tgz"? 3. If I follow the "Up and Running on the 3290", does the switch support DHCP? 4. If not, how I should do? Using u-boot? How? 5. As in the paper guide, it mentions the "on board flash", but at openflowhub.org it says that 3290 has better not do that. What's the difference between them besides speed? And whether "on board flash" can be used? I wish to get some suggestions before we take the actions. Thanks.
