It should be "controller -n ptcp:"

I dont' know if others have mentioned it or not but in the openflow
tutorial in the "Start Controller and view Startup messages in
Wireshark", it is said that "controller ptcp:" starts a simple
controller that acts as a learning switch without installing any
flow-entries.
