[apologies - some how missed getting back to this] There really isn't a great home for OAM discussions in the ONF to the best of my knowledge. The extensibility WG targets making the protocol itself more extensible, rather than specific new features (i..e, the "how" not the "what"). There are plans, I *think* for a hybrid switching WG, so that might be the best place for these things currently. Fwiw, ONF-targeted conversations should probably happen on the ONF mailing lists.
