Hi,

Yes, you can do this. Additionally you can "save" the first tag into metadata 
in table 0, by setting it to an appropriate value. So in table 1 you can match 
on both tags by matching on the inner tag (which is now the outer one), and on 
the outer tag (which is now in metadata).

If you have an apply-action to pop a tag than goto the next table can you then 
match on the next tag?  So an ethernet frame comes in with two VLAN tags.  In 
"table 0" we match on the outer tag, pop it, then goto table 1.. can we match 
on the inner tag in table 1?
