With the flowvisor code as it exists now, there is not an easy way to do this.

That said, there is a very interesting project called AdVisor
(http://conferences.sigcomm.org/sigcomm/2011/papers/sigcomm/p458.pdf)
that allows this functionality.  NickB and I are in talk with Elio and
the other AdVisor folks to try to integrate this functionality into
the FV code.
