At a high-level, OpenFlow is an abstraction over existing hardware, so
it's in theory entirely possible to try to expose FCoE or iSCSI
functionality through OpenFlow.  That said, the current standards do
not support it natively, but do provide extension mechanisms that you
could consider using.
