How you seen the online instructions
(http://www.openflowhub.org/display/Indigo/Indigo+Initialization+and+Configuration)
?  They should have all the information that you need to setup the
switch.  If you do end up having more problems, you might get a better
response by posting it on the indigo-specific mailing list, also
listed off of the Indigo openflowhub website.
