[removing floodlight-dev, adding mininet-discuss]

Scalability and performance is definitely something I that I believe can be 
improved quite a bit, so I encourage more performance analysis and also 
contributions to improve the startup speed and overall performance of all of 
the components.

If you were at ONS you may have noticed that I was interested in the open 
source version of OVS+DPDK that intel is apparently going to make available.
