Thanks Volkan.. this is a community wiki so feel free to sign up for an
account and rollback anything that you see that has been vandalized (I
fixed this particular page). I agree that the site should change, a
fair amount of the content is out of date, and I would expect this to be
sorted out in the next few months.

Honestly, I would strongly suggest replacing the whole OpenFlow.org
content with a new one. Maybe, instead of providing a link to a wiki,
assembling the whole site as a wiki might be better.
