Hi,

Henrique is right on his statements. The Open vSwitch kernel module can
replace the linux bridge and has support to OpenFlow , but you doesn't
necessarily needs to use it OpenFlow on it.

The CPqD/ofsoftswitch13, implements almost all features from the OpenFlow
1.3 (while Open vSwitch is having gradual upgrades to new versions) is
simpler (also if you want to prototype new functionalities ) and is
destined for experimentation purposes.

Regards,
Eder.
