It is mentioned in the OpenFlow specification document that "An action set contains a maximum of one action of each type". However, it is not clear to me what are the types of actions. For example, do they consider "Pop VLAN header" and "Pop MPLS header" two different types? Or all pop instructions are considered from the same type? Also for the distinct set actions, "Set MPLS TTL" is of a type different than "Set IPv4 ToS bits" and so on .? Thanks Mohammed
