            Thanks a lot for
your valuable supporting guidance.
            As i have no idea about mininet & also here there is no one to 
guide me so can you help me out in this?Actually i passed my so much time using 
ns2 but not getting my results and now there is no much time left for my final 
dissertation to show the jury.
            Can you provide me source of mininet & how to use it and get 
results through it means a way to produce results? Otherwise another option for 
me to find out already established algorithm for the same in ns2 and just debug 
it and see
the results.
            Can you provide
me Algorithm for the same in ns2?

Did you try to use mininet?
Beside of Openflow network, OVS switch of mininet would help you
    make a traditional network by disable OpenFlow function.
It may be require a bit more experiences about Linux system but I
    think mininet is better than NS-2 in this case.
