Purnima, I don't see many people complaining about OpenWRT so it should be quite reliable. And now OpenWRT has a CPqD implementation supporting 1.3, https://github.com/CPqD/ofsoftswitch13/wiki/OpenFlow-1.3-for-OpenWRT
