Besides the system tests - please sanity test the build for the basic operations.

It was build #55 of the release job. The staging repo is autorelease-1074. You can get the details here [1]. I'm currently GPG signing the release build so the staging repository URL is temporarily different. Once signing is complete I'll update the wiki to revert the URL back to normal. An, there's no RC3 tab in the spreadsheet can you add it and update the wiki?
