The BindException makes me think they have installed both versions of
the plugin.  They'll both try to bind to port 6633 and the 2nd one will
hit the Exception.

Looking at the screenshot, they have just started karaf and tried to
install the feature.  Maybe they have something set in featuresBoot
of org.apache.karaf.features.cfg file?

we have other BindException issues [4727, 5332, 5194] we can investigate,
pending their reply.  They were all fixed after SR2, *but* I think all of
them are coming from other not-so-openflowplugin specific projects.
