Dear Abhijit Thanks for the reply. Our project does not require any new feature development in OpenFlowPlugin.
In our Controller Shield project, we have been using Packet_In messages to identify any DDoS type of attack on the controller (through the rate of packet_in messages) and further parsing of those messages in case of suspected attack. In our NATApp project, we again use Packet_In messages for creating the NAT rules on OpenFlow switches.
