Hi there,

I'm working on https://bugs.opendaylight.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5582 which is
regarding flow reconciliation in the following scenario:

1. enable ovsdb.l3.fwd.enabled=yes in ODL

2. on "clean" ovs-switch (i.e. no existing bridges), set-manager to point to ODL

3. notice flows for br-ex and br-int are pushed from ODL to the ovs-switch

4. on ovs-switch, del-manager

5. on ovs-switch, del-flows for br-int and br-ex (but don't delete the actual
br-int and br-ex bridges)

6. on ovs-switch, set-manager to point to ODL again

7. ODL should reconcile the same flows for br-int and br-ex (from step 3) with
the ovs-switch

Last Friday, I rebased my patch for fixing this bug and noticed that at step 7,
attempts to push down the flows for br-int are no longer made, but the flows
for br-ex are still pushed down.

On distribution-karaf-0.4.2-Beryllium-SR2 release, ODL would push a FLOW_MOD
MODIFY command to the ovs-switch via ModelDrivenSwitchImpl.updateFlow() for
each br-int and br-ex flow.

Can anyone confirm if the current behaviour where flows for br-int are not
reconciled on the ovs-switch upon switch-reconnection is indeed a bug or not?

If it is a bug, I will file a bug report.

Thanks,

Bertrand
