Is there a method to, upon packet-in arrival to ODL where ODL would check with an external datastore (outside of Opendayight) that would store all situations (and relevant data) where a flow would be desired, and it would respond back to ODL with either a "no" (no flow defined for packet-in) or a "yes, and here's what the flow fields need to be set to". Upon receipt of this, ODL would respond back to the authoring switch of the packet-in via openflow with the relevant flow?
