Guys I think we need to fix the reason, but agree we can hide it at least for 
non DEBUG run.

I'v also seen a lot of these WARN messages during debugging a bug for the 
legacy NetVirt.
The number of the WARN message is always very heavy.

Therefore, I also would like the OFP project to get rid of these WARN messages.

well, maybe I don't know the right bug number.  what I was hoping would get 
solved is that we seem nearly one trillion (yes, exaggerating :) of these 
messages in some setups (e.g. netvirt CSIT):
