That is correct Anil V. We have Anil Belur working in the AsiaPac timezones who should be able to help more quickly.
The process should be the same as any other CI escalation. Submit a ticket to the OpenDaylight Helpdesk and Anil B. should be the first one to pick it up if it comes in during off-USA hours.
