Hi,
When I am executing the following commands in 3-node clusters, the internal and
external bridge dump flows are not created.
The below steps were followed,
1. 3- Node clusters is Up.
2. Clearing the OVS instance.
3. Adding external bridge and set-manager
4. Verified that the default dump flows are created properly.
5. sudo systemctl stop openvswitch;sudo systemctl start openvswitch;sudo
ovs-vsctl show; - Executed more than 1 times as it is.
6. Verified that dump flows are not available.
I had verified the karaf logs and found the following timed out exception, due
to that cluster new role is not properly setting.

I have seen the following patch has implemented timed out exception while
retries and wait for routed RPCs.

and for avoiding the above exception do we increase GOSSIP interval time?.
