Hi Sidhant,
I have seen a similar behaviour when I tested another config parameter,
is-statistics-polling-on knob. It seems like the controller always starts with
the default value.
Try changing the value dynamically when the controller is running and see if it
gets reflected.

Thanks for the help.
I added "basic-timer-delay" property in openflowplugin.cfg file of
openflowplugin-blueprint-config module (version 0.3.3-SNAPSHOT).
I tried two different values, 1000 and 6000, built the entire openflowplugin
project, but the stat polling interval still remains the default one at 3000.
Will be very helpful if you could point out where something wrong could be.
