My understanding is that those rules are correctly set in the inventory-nodes model, but for some reason they're not synced to the OVS once connected. I've added all the details and logs (openflowplugin on TRACE) to bug [1]. Appreciate if someone can take a look, as this is a potentially critical bug in Boron. Thanks!
